Reltech was founded in 1976 with a single purpose: to provide the semiconductor industry with an independent, technically credible partner for reliability testing. Over five decades later, that purpose remains unchanged — though our capability has grown considerably.
We operate as both a reliability test laboratory and a hardware manufacturer. Our in-house engineering team designs and builds the HTOL systems that run our customers’ devices — giving us a depth of application knowledge that purely service-based labs cannot match.
Our customer base spans fabless semiconductor companies, automotive Tier 1 suppliers, aerospace primes, medical device manufacturers, and AI compute hardware vendors. What they share is a demand for reliable, auditable test data — and confidence that the lab running their tests understands what the data means.
Along-side all the Reltech can offer, we recognise that we cannot provide the entire spectrum of reliability testing needs for our customers all under one roof. With this in mind, while we built our business to what it is today, we have developed key, strategic partnerships with many specialised semiconductor test vendors to bring our customers a more complete offering.
